6. Network Matching and Profile Visibility
Joining After Class means you are asking to be considered for relevant opportunities. We may use information such as school, affiliation, social handles, follower counts, interests, rates, location, organization details, past campaign performance, responsiveness, and other factors to identify and rank potential matches. We may share selected profile information with prospective brands before a direct introduction is made. Joining the network does not guarantee any paid opportunity.
7. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
We do not currently sell personal information for monetary consideration. We also do not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If those practices change, we will update this Policy and provide legally required notices and opt-out mechanisms.
8. Cookies, Analytics, and Third-Party Collection
We may use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, security, and performance. Third-party analytics or embedded services may collect information about your activity according to their own policies. Where legally required, we will provide consent or preference controls.
9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including maintaining long-term network relationships, administering campaigns, keeping tax and payment records, preventing fraud, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Because the network is intended to follow participants from college into alumni status, profile information may be retained after graduation unless you request deletion or we determine continued retention is no longer appropriate.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and applicable legal thresholds, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or information about our processing. You may also have rights to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling practices if we engage in them. We may verify your identity before processing a request and may deny or limit requests where permitted by law.
To exercise a privacy right, contact justin@afterclassnetwork.com. You may also opt out of non-essential marketing through the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the communication.
12. Nevada Notice
Nevada law may require operators of certain websites or online services to disclose categories of covered information collected, categories of third parties with whom that information may be shared, a process for reviewing or requesting changes, the effective date of the notice, and whether third parties may collect information about online activities over time and across websites. Nevada residents may submit qualifying requests through the contact method above. After Class does not currently sell covered information for monetary consideration.
13. California and Other State Privacy Rights
If After Class becomes subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act or other comprehensive state privacy laws, residents of those states may receive additional rights and disclosures. We will update this Policy and our processes as applicable thresholds or legal obligations are met.
14. Minors
The After Class network is intended for individuals age 18 or older. We do not knowingly accept network applications from persons under 18. If we learn that an under-18 applicant has submitted information, we may delete or restrict the profile unless and until legally sufficient consent and campaign-specific safeguards are implemented.
15. Sensitive Information
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, government IDs, financial account credentials, precise health information, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary web forms unless we specifically request it through a secure process for tax, payment, identity, or legal purposes.
16. International Users

17. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice where required by law.
